At Chaffin Luhana, our work changes lives. We stand beside people during some of the hardest moments they will ever face — and that requires a team built with care, discipline, and heart.
We’re hiring a People Services Generalist who believes hiring is not transactional — it’s cultural stewardship. Someone who understands that onboarding is not orientation — it’s acceleration. Someone who holds the line on standards while leading with compassion.
What You’ll Do
Recruit with Compassion and Authenticity.
You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting for priority roles, listening deeply to hiring leaders, defining true success profiles, and selecting candidates based on capability — not charisma. You’ll protect our culture by ensuring every hire aligns with our values and performance standards.
Operate as One Team — In It Together.
You’ll partner with managers as a trusted advisor, not an order-taker. You’ll train leaders on structured interviewing, elevate evaluation standards, and ensure we make disciplined, aligned decisions.
Deliver Excellence Without Paralysis.
You’ll build proactive pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and move roles forward with urgency — without sacrificing quality-of-hire. You understand that doing it right and doing it efficiently are not opposites.
Drive Innovative Growth.
You’ll strengthen our recruiting and onboarding systems using modern tools, data, and AI-driven insights. You look for ways to remove friction, improve clarity, and elevate the employee experience.
Be Results Driven.
You’ll design and deliver structured, high-energy onboarding and training that shortens ramp time, clarifies expectations, and builds accountability. You measure impact — not attendance. You care about retention, productivity, and performance because our clients deserve the best team possible.
Who You Are
You believe great companies are built through disciplined hiring.
You command a room and facilitate with confidence and clarity.
You use data to improve decisions.
You hold standards firm — even when it’s uncomfortable.
You take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks.
Why This Role Matters
Every hire impacts our clients. Every training impacts performance. This role directly influences productivity, culture, retention, and leadership strength across the firm.
If you want to help build a team that wins because our clients win — we’d love to meet you.
