About:
Are you ready to ditch the traditional "policy police" HR role and be a culture catalyst instead? We're looking for a Human Resources Manager who's equal parts strategic leader and employee champion. This isn't your sleepy corporate HR gig – it's a chance to shape an energetic, high-growth firm with strong core values (Doing Good by Doing Right!) while ensuring we stay legally compliant.
What You'll Rock At:
Drive our people-first culture while managing the nuts and bolts of HR (think benefits, compliance, and development) with the precision of someone who has planners FOR their planners.
Partner with our in-house Recruiter to spot and snag top talent using our tricked-out JazzHR platform (no dusty filing cabinets here!)
Champion professional growth like it's your job (because it is!) and create development programs with our in-house professional development team that actually excite high-growth people.
Navigate tough conversations with grace and compassion – you're not afraid to make hard calls, but you do it with heart.
Own employee experience initiatives that make people genuinely pumped to work here.
Keep the administrative wheels turning smoothly (payroll, benefits, documentation) while maintaining your sanity.
You're Our Person If:
You've got 3+ years of HR management experience in an organization with 50+ employees and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Your SHRM-CP/SCP certification is a nice-to-have, but your people skills are a must-have.
You're the type who geeks out over employment law and HR best practices.
You've mastered the art of HRIS and payroll systems (tech is your friend!)
Your energy is contagious and your growth mindset is unstoppable.
You embody our core values of Doing Good by Doing Right™.
The Fine Print:
Full-time position based in our Pittsburgh office.
Some travel to our CT and NY offices (pack your bags occasionally!)
Standard business hours with some flexibility for special events.
Competitive benefits package (because a People Manager should have great people benefits!)
Ready to ditch the HR status quo? Show us how you'll help our team thrive while keeping us legally savvy!
