Ready to be the matchmaker between incredible talent and a firm that's changing the game?  We're on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator who is part people whisperer, part organizational wizard, and all about making the hiring process smooth as silk. What You'll Rock At: 

  • Transform our candidate experience from good to unforgettable, making sure every interaction leaves people thinking "wow, this firm is different." 

  • Master the art of juggling multiple hiring pipelines while keeping every ball in the air and every candidate in the loop. 

  • Own our recruitment tech stack including LinkedIn and Jazz HR like it's your personal command center, ensuring no stellar candidate ever falls through the cracks. 

  • Partner with the Recruiter and Hiring Managers to coordinate interviews that feel less like interrogations and more like engaging conversations. 

  • Turn recruitment data into actionable insights, because great hiring decisions are backed by solid metrics. 

  • Maintain our employer brand across all recruiting channels, making sure our firm voice stays authentic and compelling. 

  • Keep our talent pipeline flowing with qualified candidates through creative sourcing strategies and relationship building. 

  

You're Our Person If: 

  • You've got 2+ years of recruitment or human resource coordination experience that's taught you the ins and outs of talent acquisition. 

  • Your organizational skills are so good, Marie Kondo would be jealous. 

  • You can speak "Hiring Manager" in the morning, "Candidate" in the afternoon, and "Organization" all the time. 

  • You're tech-savvy and have experience with modern ATS platforms and recruitment tools. 

  • You have experience creatively sourcing candidates.

  • You have experience managing multiple candidate pipelines and managing an ATS.

  • You get energized by helping people find their dream jobs while helping teams find their perfect matches. 

  • Your attention to detail is legendary, but you never lose sight of the big picture. 

  • You believe that every candidate deserves a great experience, even if they're not "the one."

  • 401k Contributions: The firm offers a discretionary match up to 5%. This includes a 100% match on the first 3% of contributions and a 50% match on the next 2%, based on annual compensation.

  • Medical Insurance: $503 toward monthly health premiums for team members or their families. Team members pay just $1.

  • Vision Insurance: Full coverage, with only a $1 monthly contribution from the team member.  

  • Health Reimbursement Account (HRA): Team members receive a $1,000 contribution from the firm in their HRA account if enrolled in the PPO health plan. 

  • Family / Dependent Care (DCR): Team members can contribute up to $5,000 pre-tax for dependent care.  

  • Flex Spending Account (FSA): Team members can contribute up to $1,000 pre-tax for medical expenses. 

Commuter Benefits
