About:
We are a high-impact, plaintiffs-only law firm handling complex and high-stakes MDL litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Our firm has been court-appointed Plaintiff Co-Lead and Steering Committee members in various litigations over the past 15 years and currently maintains active positions in multiple MDLs, and represents thousands of victims. Our cases focus on personal injury litigation, and we are known for our aggressive but compassionate and strategic approach in the courtroom.
This Mass Tort Case Specific Attorney position is focused on litigation of mass tort and product liability cases. Your role in the position is to work directly with clients and attorneys to develop the case specific discovery and defend depositions of Plaintiffs in the MDL litigations. Think written discovery, depositions, case specific treating doctor and expert depositions, fact depositions and plaintiff prep for deposition and trial. Your job will be to work with the lead trial lawyers to develop the story, themes and framing of the individual case, connect the broader liability theories to the particular case, and manage a large volume of clients so that their cases move smoothly through discovery and are prepared for trial or resolution. You will be working on some of the most important national plaintiff litigation in the country including the Rideshare sexual assault cases and Camp Lejeune water contamination cases.
We’re looking for someone who wants to own building the case specifics, thinks like a litigator and trial lawyer from day one, and be mentored by seasoned litigators and trial lawyers who will give you real responsibility. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of experience and looking to practice at the cutting edge of complex and mass tort litigation with a dynamic and collaborative team.

Work closely with case expert witnesses – from vetting to preparation for depositions and trials.
Capacity to manage complex legal matters both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Bar admission in any state in the U.S.
3+ years of litigation experience preferred, but all motivated candidates will be considered
