About: 

The Quality Assurance Manager position is responsible for completing the quality control checks on all audited files coming from all the third-party call centers. This position is important to the success of the firm.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform thorough inspections of products, materials, and services to assess their adherence to quality standards and specifications.  

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of quality control steps and actions taken on each mass tort case.  

  • Document and report any quality deviations or non-conformances and recommend appropriate solutions or process improvements. 
     

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • Solid understanding of quality control procedures. 

  • Previous law firm experience a plus, specifically a personal injury or mass tort practice. 

  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities. 

  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to tasks. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Adheres to all government and industry regulations, including settlement. disbursements and the protection of regulated sensitive data.  

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.  

  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify process improvements and implement solutions.  

  • Maintain confidentiality of all confidential Information of clients and of the company.  

  • Excellent analytical skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy. 

  • Work is normally performed during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.  Some after-hours availability may be required.  

  • Other occasional off-hours work may be required for special clients, office, or project situations.  

  • Travel in role would be less than 25% of time.
